Vital spray by convection and conduction

The X-Vape Vital offers a Hybrid heating system that works with a technology combining convection and conduction, explanations:

Convection vaporization involves extracting the active ingredients by passing a flow of warm air through the plant matter.

Conduction vaporization is the means of extracting the active ingredients by a simple contact between the plant and the heating element.

In short, combining these two heating modes allows the Vital vaporizer to produce steam quickly through the contact of the herbs with the ceramics and in a stable way thanks to the passage of air induced by convection.

Indeed, 100% convection heating systems can sometimes take longer to extract the active ingredients from the plant consumed.

Therefore, you have to inhale longer and slowly to get a suitable volume of steam.

It is thus childish for everyone to obtain a visible and tasteful vapor with this system which is also offered by most portable vaporizers on the market.

The steam quality of the Vital vaporizer!

Despite all the good will on the part of Top Green to offer the public a vaporizer with multiple qualities, the most important of these is the quality of steam produced: and this is not the main asset of our little friend.

Here is the appreciation of your humble servant having offered himself (not humbly) the services of the X-Vape Vital as an extra vaporizer during his plant-playing movements:

The higher the temperature chosen, the more the steam produced will lose in taste quality, in favour of its density.

Note that the Vital vaporizer does not have a cooling system office and therefore tends to irritate the throat…

To face the problem I suggest two solutions:

– Combine the Vital with its optional bubbler at the expense of ergonomics. A fixed bubble adapter is also available.

A bubbler allows the user to enjoy a fresh vapor devoid of micro-particles thanks to a clever water filtering system.

– Lower the temperature at the expense of extracting the desired molecules and thus the volume of steam.

You will understand, with the X-Vape Vital we will have to choose between flavors or clouds, but you will never have both.

Vital vaporizer battery life and heating time

One of the talents of the Vital vaporizer is its warm-up time with only 25 seconds to reach 240 degrees Celsius!

It is much faster than average, and it offers some flexibility of use.

With such a speed of heating, one can consider using it as a vaporizer with puffs on demand (one asks vaporizer).

This means that you can reach the desired temperature, inhale a few puffs, then turn off the Vital before starting the operation again as desired.

This will allow us to consume our plants over time while reasonably retaining its flavours and properties.

You can therefore fully vaporize your plant in one session, or partially in several sessions.

Finally, we can tell you that the internal battery (not changeable) offers a very satisfactory battery life of 4 to 6 sessions depending on the temperature chosen and the length of the sessions.

Vital Vaporizer: A wide range of temperatures

The vital offers a wide range of temperatures ranging from 100 to 240 degrees Celsius, which theoretically allows for herbal medicine and the vaporization of plant concentrates or extracts at high temperatures.

In practice, however, the quality of Vital's steam will not really be suitable for therapeutic use in herbal medicine.

But we can use all types of plants recreationally without any problems!

We are also seeing an overestimation between the temperature displayed and the actual temperature which will require a little exploration on the part of the user to find the one that suits him.

For example, a plant usually heated to 180oC will only produce the desired volume of steam at 195oC.

Thus the vital vaporizer presents itself as a versatile machine, although limited in performance.

Be careful, the burning of cellulose at 231 degrees Celsius, to check the temperature at which you heat your herbs!

Ergonomics and use of Vital Vaporizer

For ergonomics, we have nothing but good to say.

Solid, small, light, sober and discreet, impeccable grip in addition to an anti-slipper coating … It holds in the pocket and should withstand the shocks of falls.

Its mouthpiece, on the other hand, is not pleasant in the mouth in addition to heating the lips.

We therefore recommend its glass alternative, optional as its bubbler which will do even better the cooling work.

The Vital's small but readable Oled screen displays all the necessary data such as selected temperature, session time and battery level.

Two buttons and – allow you to set up your heater and the fire button to activate it.

For low temperatures we recommend a gentle and slow inhalation, for higher temperatures you can inhale harder and briefly.

Summary

The Vital is certainly not the best friend of an inveterate vapoteur, but it nevertheless offers several qualities that will catch the public's attention.

Ergonomic, intuitive and solid, it will be shock-proof, discreet and simple to use, a good friend for travel and outings "sports" or you can not be careful with his machine in short.

Note that its speed of heating and cooling offers the possibility to use it as a vaporizer on demand … one more on the move.
