The Arizer Solo 2 vaporizer is, as the name suggests, the second version of the vapo Arizer Solo.
What a pleasure, it was to find 7 years later his good old Arizer Solo in version 2.0!
The Arizer Solo 2 vaporizer always has the same qualities with this wet, soft and typical steam that unfortunately is not found anywhere else!

Arizer Solo 2 by convection and radiation
The Arizer solo 2 uses a type of convection and radiation heater like all portable vaporizers from the manufacturer Arizer Tech!
Convection heating of a plant is the extraction of its active ingredients through the passage of a hot air flow.
Radiation is when the heat source does not affect the plant material but is close enough to heat it.
Like when you're next to a heater what!
Convection heating is overwhelmingly with the Arizer Solo 2 vaporizer.
Indeed, it is by sucking on the glass mouthpiece that hot air is passed through the plant to extract its active ingredients.
However, the filling bowl, which is located at the base of the suction tube, is placed directly on the stainless steel heater element…
The plant material, which is then quite close to the heat source, prevents a homogeneous vaporization of your plants or herbs!
This part close to the heating element will always be more "toasted" than the rest …
This problem is present in all Arizer portable vaporizers and it is therefore best not to completely fill the bowl to limit this problem.
The mouthpiece can also be slightly brought out to promote convection!
If the bowl had been wider and shallower, as in Storz And Bickel, the problem would have been limited!
Don't panic, nothing prohibitive and even if it's a bit boring, we stay in the TOP VAPORIZER!
Arizer Solo 2 steam quality
With the Arizer Solo vaporizer, there was a big problem…
Well yes, these morons from Arizer had passed the air through the whole vaporizer … From bottom to top and even by the buttons on the side !??!!
We're not going to look too concretely by or the air was passing because it's by searching the M-O that we brought it up and as I used it for several years, I could go into depression …
In any case, they did not make the same mistake twice since this problem of air course (airpath) has been completely solved!
The air now passes mainly through the small holes at the top of the unit to arrive directly through the ceramic heater element that transmits heat to the stainless steel bowl.
Note, that a significant portion of the air simply passes around the mouthpiece.
I think this cooler air mixes with steam and gives in the end a slightly less dense spray!
The 11cm long borosilicate glass mouthpiece (stem, glass tube, suction pipe) is a key part of the Arizer Solo vaporizer as it allows the steam to be considerably refreshed.
The Solo 2 also comes with a handy new 9cm tip that still offers fresh steam!
The Arizer Air and Air 2 tips of 6cm or 7cm are obviously compatible but will offer a more lukewarm steam even very pleasant …

Autonomy of the Arizer Solo 2
There, it sends super mega ultra heavy since the autonomy has been doubled!
Indeed, I do at least 12-13 sessions at full load! Absolute record in any category! World Champion level 2018…
The Arizer Solo 2 vaporizer heats up even faster and reaches its temperature in about 20 seconds watch in hand!
It's still 3 times faster than the first model.
No need to wait, and it's perfect when you're a Modern Man by definition impatient!
Small details on the batteries
With normal use, the battery can recharge hundreds of cycles before losing much of its capacity.
The battery is also very fast charging since it takes well less than 3 hours for it to be completely full.
Similarly, the Solo 2 Arizer is usable during charging but it will need a small pre-charge of a few minutes!
Battery retention
Aloooors, the super interesting thing is that the Solo II charger has built-in protections to prevent the battery from being overloaded or drained too quickly.
To preserve battery life, I use the Arizer Solo 2 in a temperature-controlled environment and use lower temperature settings.
Arizer Solo 2: A wide range of temperature for herbal medicine!
The Arizer Solo 2 vaporizer, which heats from 50 to 220 degrees Celsius, is one of the few portable vaporizers to be truly effective in herbal medicine and aromatherapy (a medicine based on plant extracts).
But, it's not all about having a wide temperature control… because a lot of vapo the bottom … and even some well rotten vaporizers!
Above all, there must be sufficient quality of steam to be used seriously with a wide range of plants and not just recreationally!
With the Arizer Solo 2 vaporizer, you can spray all plants without worry!
For aromatherapy concentrates, as usual, nothing is expected so you can simply use organic and non-compacted cotton to ensure the air circulates properly.
Ergonomics and use of the Arizer Solo II
The Arizer solo 2 vaporizer is really easy to handle thanks to its new model-size morphology (210g only mmhmm!).
In addition, they have provided a storage bag where you can put the vapo, an accu and/or a glass tip!
Its use is very simple and instinctive with a super clear menu!
There is a control screen called OLED (organic light-emitting diode screen) and three buttons.
– The Menu button (M)
– The arrow buttons High and Low.
I let myself be guided by this interface which is quite simple to understand.
Look level, it's really classy with a very nice finish.
The Solo 2 vaporizer is thinner than the Solo 1 with a much softer and sexy oval shape!
The two new colors are really stylized to the Stark!
Arizer Tech offers us a beautiful "carbon black", as can be seen on some car bodies "sports coupe" and a beautiful and dark "Blue Mystique"
While remaining very classic, it really throws!
On the other hand beware of the fall of the device that could damage the OLED screen by cracking it … and there, the guarantee…. is no longer guaranteed!
How the Arizer Solo 2 works
Start: Press the "M" – top arrow simultaneously for 2 seconds.
Turn off: Let the "M" press for a few seconds and you're done.
Solo 2 once lit will remain on hold
It will heat up as soon as you touch a button.
You have to use the Menu (M) button to navigate through the different settings.
The top and bottom buttons are there to adjust the values.
– Temperature settings
The temperature is adjustable in 1 degree and 10-degree increments (palier) when pressing the arrow for a long time.
– Audio / Bip
The Audio/Bip function that can be turned on or off has three volume settings.
– Time to power up
The power-up time security feature ensures that you don't accidentally turn on the device.
That's why it has three settings for our convenience: 4 seconds, 6 seconds and 8 seconds.
The default setting is 6 seconds. (A value of 2 seconds would have been sufficient… but hey.)
– Automatic shutdown timer
The automatic stop timer security feature ensures you don't forget to turn off the device and helps keep the batteries.
Set between 5 and 15 minutes in one-minute increments.
The default setting is 10 minutes.
– Celsius or Fahrenheit
The Solo II display can be set to Celsius or Fahrenheit.
– Screen brightness
The Solo 2 screen has three levels of brightness: low, medium and high.
