The Mighty is the highest rated vaporizer in the world.

Indeed, among its countless virtues, the most important is the quality of the steam it produces.

You get in the mouth "taste of the smell" of your plants, a real treat!

It is true that the Mighty's hybrid conduction and convection heating system is particularly successful.

In addition, it is the only vaporizer equipped with a real steam cooling system…

This system lengthens the path of steam between the place where it is produced and the user's mouth, while filtering it from its plant microparticles.

Now let's look at the Ghost MV1's steam rendering.

This vaporizer is advertised as operating with a 100% convection heating system.

This system is very well thought out, I have not noticed any heat inertia coming to work the plant between two puffs.

The ceramic circuit through which steam passes before exiting through the glass mouthpiece offers a great respect for the flavours of the plants.

Indeed, the steam of the Ghost MV1 vaporizer is always fresh and aromatic although it produces dense and voluminous puffs!

In short, the Mighty as well as the MV1 each produce a high quality and very tasteful steam, difficult to separate them …

It's up to you to see if you prefer something diffuse with the Mighty, or intense with the Ghost, more details in the next paragraph!

Mighty vs MV1: Extraction Efficiency

As we told you earlier, the Mighty works with a hybrid convection and conduction heating system.

Thus, when you inhale in this vaporizer the air is heated by the beast before crossing the plants and ensure a share of extraction through the convection heater.

In addition, the walls of the plant bowl also heat up to provide a part of heating by conduction, which allows steam to be generated even faster.

As a result, large clouds of steam are released from the Mighty, the extraction is done quickly and evenly compared to most portable vaporizers.

Note that no special inhalation technique is required for this vaporizer: you will get steam no matter how you suck.

However, if the Mighty offers a good speed of extraction, the Ghost MV1 does even better.

Indeed, it is a real sprinter able to extract the entire bowl of plant in just one or two puffs!

It is true that its convection heating system is devilishly effective.

This system allows you to inhale long puffs full of steam without even having to stir the contents of the bowl!

Mighty VS Ghost MV1: Temperature control and panel

The Mighty's legendary flexibility and precision are going to be hard to achieve with the Ghost MV1.

Indeed, the Mighty is equipped with a screen on which the desired temperature and the temperature are displayed in real time.

Two buttons "O" and "-" allow it to be set to the degree between 40 and 210 degrees Celsius.

Thus, it is possible to practice herbal medicine with The Mighty and thus consume any type of plant, including fragile plants such as mint or tobacco ideally sprayed below 150oC.

However, the Ghost is not equipped with a screen.

You can choose between 4 temperatures (170C,185C,200C and a temperature of about 220OC for concentrates) by default as well as 2 more that you can program yourself via the app.

It is therefore possible to vaporize more fragile plants requiring lower temperatures with the Ghost MV1, without being able to go below its 140-C-220-C range.

As you will understand, the Ghost is not as flexible and precise as the Mighty in terms of temperature panel…

It will therefore be much less suitable for those who wish to practice herbal medicine with plants that vaporize at different temperatures.

Mighty vs Ghost MV1: Autonomy

With its two internal batteries, the Mighty vaporizer offers a very satisfactory battery life of about 90 minutes.

90 minutes of continuous start-up is long, very long.

This time will allow you to consume 6 to 7 doses of plants, which is above average in the vaporization market.

In addition, the Mighty can be used during charging with its sector charger, even when the batteries are completely empty!

The Ghost MV1 portable vaporizer is equipped with a removable battery, which is already a positive compared to the Mighty's internal batteries.

Indeed, with an extra battery in your pocket you double its battery life!

This battery already provides about 100 puffs per charge (knowing that a puff is done in about 20 seconds, we can deduce that the Ghost can work about 33 minutes continuously, to check.) which is appropriate.

However, since it is possible to extract the whole bowl of plants e 1 or 2 puffs only, it will be possible to consume many more plants than with the Mighty!

Less autonomous and more greedy.

Once again, the Mighty is part of an endurance logic while the Ghost MV1 stays in the sprint.

Ah! Small detail but not least: the battery of the MV1 recharges by USB in 8 hours while the charge per sector of the Mighty is done in 1:30 …

But there is a fast wall charger that can recharge the Ghost's battery in 3 hours.

Mighty VS Ghost MV1: Ergonomics

Generally speaking, the smaller the vaporizer, the more likely it is to overheat, both in hand and in the mouth.

The steam will also be warm and therefore not pleasant and tasteful…

Thus, the largest vaporizers are often also the best in terms of vaporization pleasure.

The Ghost MV1 and the Mighty are two examples that confirm the previous lines: fat and fat as two good sumos in a ring, much more impressive than a fight of people with reduced mobility.

The Mighty is a bit bulkier than the Ghost, especially because of its air spaces separating the batteries from the rest of the device to avoid heat inertia.

Nevertheless, it is significantly less heavy with its 230 grams than the MV1 and its 350 grams!

So I find it much more comfortable to carry, especially for outdoor use.

The Mighty also looks more robust and should withstand shocks and falls quite well.

Indeed, the Ghost is so compact and heavy that seeing it fall to the ground becomes a real scare.

Not to mention the fragile glass and ceramic parts inside!

At the control level, I have a preference for the Ghost MV1, it is very nice to handle even if the programming to the degree near the Mighty is more appreciable.

In summary

The Mighty is without a doubt the best referenced portable vaporizer in the world, and it's not for nothing.

Reliable and precise robust, with a good production of steam as well as a return of flavors to the top, difficult to do better!

Reliability let's talk about it, it's really not the strong point of the Ghost MV1 which is still a super vaporizer when it works.

In addition, it is more of a transportable vaporizer than a truly portable one with a weight of 350 grams and its fragile glass and ceramic components.

In short, the Mighty will certainly suit a wider audience than the Ghost which will be a good option for others!
