FTV: Manufacturer Made In France
French Touch Vaporizer is a French manufacturer, parisian in addition.
This explains the style of their commercial logo, representing an Eiffel Tower and the initials of the brand.
These enthusiasts of vaporization and hemp first developed their products around Storz and Bickel vaporizers!
However, they soon began to develop articles for other vaporizers, such as Dynavap among others.
For example, we will mention their universal cylindrical bubbler, compatible with all 14mm SG plugs.
The brand and design are therefore French, but let's not kid ourselves, the production is Asian.
However, a quality finish can be observed on FTV items from the metallurgical field.
Metallurgy, the talent of FTV
Indeed, it is the work of metals that makes the highlight of French Touch Vaporizer.
These include both versions of their stainless steel cooling unit for Mighty, as well as the Crafty.
But also their Gold-plated Doseuse Capsule!
Mighty/Crafty Stainless Cooling Unit
Well-made, with a finish reminiscent of Storz's claw but in a more noble and durable material, they are also more effective.
Indeed, their steam cooling systems have been lengthened for more efficiency and therefore a softer and aromatic vapor!
Needless to say, they are stronger and easier to clean.
It is true that Stainless Steel will withstand long baths of ISO alcohol without degrading, as well as greater physical shocks.
However, the Inox remains heavier and therefore adds a significant weight to the device, about 150 grams for the Mighty unit and 135 for the Crafty unit.
In addition, the Inox is heat conductor and is therefore not suitable for long vaporization sessions (more than 10 minutes) at the risk of seeing the unit become very hot…
Nevertheless the titanium beak resists the heat and stays cold in the mouth, so it's not that problematic.
The Gold-Plated Doseuse Capsule
Also worth mentioning is the FTV Gold-Plated Doseuse Capsule, whose goal once again is to separate from a material that is not optimal.
While Inox replaced plastic, Gold Plate replaces Aluminium.
Aluminium is flexible and degrades very quickly, which implies a problem in terms of safety and durability.

It remains to be seen what type of aluminum and what heating temperature the problems occur.
In any case, the FTV capsule is made of Copper, which also becomes toxic when it oxidizes, which explains the Gold Plate.
FYI, we use Gold to make surgical prostheses, so it's a well-chosen material!
In addition, the FTV capsule is much stronger and therefore durable, I personally can not deform it by hand.
An important detail, Copper offers better thermal conductivity than Aluminium, so it heats and cools faster than aluminum.
The Bubbler FTV
Here is another alternative to the original Storz Cooling Unit plastic: the use of a Glass Bubbler.
Moreover, this one is compatible with all vaporizers as long as you have the right adapter, thanks to its female SG 14mm connector!
Thus, the idea is always to lengthen the path of steam to soften and filter it, but this time with glass for material, which is ideal for aromatic respect.
It is of course possible to put water in it as a filtration element!
The downside of glass is of course its fragility so be careful.
Mighty Case FTV
Some of us may remember JustVaporizer's Vapecase, which allowed the Mighty and its accessories to be stored.
Unfortunately this solid and practical briefcase is no longer available on the market…
FTV is resurrecting the concept with its Mighty Case, in a format redesigned to accommodate the Bubbler FTV and its adapter!
With its protective and insulating function (anti-smell and humidity), it is the ideal storage accessory at home and on the go!
IH ONE FTV for Dynavap
After the sprays from Storz and Bickel, it seems that French Touch Vaporizer has looked into the case of Dynavap.
And so much the better, because these little jewels without electronics are the favorites of many of us for many reasons!
For about two years, there has been a growing craze for induction drivers (Induction Heater), which allow a lighter-free heater.
Thus, the IH offers a more homogeneous heating of the plants, and allow the user to focus on something else during the heat and rely solely on the "click" sound.
The IH One of FTV works well, I appreciate the fact that it does not heat too hard plants as does for example the Apollo 2 …
This allows you to do more puffs, and in any case just leave the Dynavap 1 or 2 seconds after clicking in the IH One to get a stronger heater!
